Cheesy Valentines Gift for your Dog?

Mmmmmhhhh dog cookies! Bobby loves to stay with me in the kitchen especially when I am making something for him.  Is your dog a food cheese lover, by any chance? Well, than this is your lucky day because here is a super easy recipe I want to share with you. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner it’s time to start pampering your dog. Depending on the size of your cookie cutter you will get around 30-40 cookies out of the ingredients listed below.

You will need:

100 grams Spelt flour
100 grams Corn flour
50 grams Parmesan
3 tablespoons Linseed oil
(or any other vegetable oil)
flour for the worktop

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F)

Mix the spelt flour, corn flour and parmesan in a medium bowl.
Add 3 tablespoons of oil and 125 ml water. Mix everthing until you get a smooth dough. If necessary add a little bit more water.
Spread some flour on the worktop and roll out the dough with a rolling pin (about 5mmm).
Cut out some cute shapes and put them on a lined baking tray.
Put the tray in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Let the cookies cool down and start spoiling your dog!

When stored in a cookie jar the cookies will stay fresh for about 1-2 weeks.
